Ross Brand‘s expertise lies at the crossroads where HR and social media meet. With a media background, Ross approaches HR as the company’s internal marketing arm promoting the employer brand. He helps companies grow by applying digital media skills to attract top talent through content creation, engagement and branding while ensuring a high “fan-to-customer” conversion rate to maximize revenue.

He is a pioneer in the livestreaming field not only as a prolific content creator but also as a thought-leader exploring the different ways big brands, SMBs and solopreneurs can leverage live video to open new streams of revenue. He also helps HR incorporate livestreaming to elevate social recruitment, employment branding, internal communication and employee advocacy initiatives.
Ross has been a featured speaker at Summit.Live, the world’s largest conference dedicated to livestreaming, and the Summit on Content Marketing. He was selected by Onalytica as a 2017 Top 50 Marketing Technology Influencer on Social Media and featured as a leader in the livestreaming industry by such companies as Switcher Studio (mobile live video software production), Rightside (owners of .Live & other “new” domains) and BeLive TV (Facebook Live production software). In the spring of 2017, Ross served as the live, red carpet host for NBC Today Show personality and Emmy Winner Mario Armstrong’s Never Settle Show. The Never Settle Show is the first professionally produced livestreaming talk show (by Al Roker’s production company Roker Media) on social media with a live studio audience and real-time online viewer participation.
